GUARANTEE AND CONDITIONS
Goods supplied by DWM are under manufacturers’ 1 year, parts only warranty (unless otherwise stated or agreed). The warranty applies to UK mainland only. The warranty does not apply to wear and tear, damaged or misused items. In the event of breakdown within one warranty period, we will supply all necessary parts to you. This does not apply, however to machines with no commercial, parts only warranty or the machinery, only suitable for domestic use. If the product is carrying back to base warranty, the customer must send the item back to where DWM assigns the address to be. The cost of delivery will be customers'. The warranty only applies to the original delivery address and not any addresses since then.

DELIVERY
Delivery is usually included to UK mainland and includes off loading only. It is customers own responsibility to take the goods indoors, therefore it is advisable that customer checks with the dealer, what if any special conditions apply to the products being purchased. Please check door entry sizes with all goods. We can not accept any responsibility if the item will not fit through the doors or they are too heavy to carry. Any carriage and restocking charges caused by an aborted delivery are the Customers responsibility. There will be a minimum of 25% re-stocking charge.

We now offer a '2 Man Delivery' option!
This option entails taking the unit inside the premises, unpacking it and removing all the packaging. Unfortunately our drivers will not touch any glass for health and safety reasons.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices in the catalogue were correct when it has gone to publish, however DWM reserves the right to correct any misprint or advertised price before an order is placed unless otherwise agreed, payment in full is required before delivery.
Where DWM agrees to 30 days credit terms, the invoice must be settled by due date, otherwise any remaining balance will incur interest at 8% over the rate set by National Westminster Bank PLC until the balance is fully settled.
Subject to the foregoing, all conditions, warranties and representation expressed or implied by statue, common law or otherwise in relation to the products (apart from terms implied as to the title under the sale and supply of goods act 1994) damage or injury direct resulting from defective products or material, faulty workmanship or otherwise how so ever arising and weather or not caused by negligence of DWM, its' employees or agents save that DWM accept liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence of DWM.

INSTALLATION
All cooking heating and cooling equipment must be installed, fitted and maintained by qualified persons. A CORGI certified gas engineer must be employed where a gas appliance is fitted, otherwise warranty conditions may not apply.

UK WEEE REGUlATIONS
UK WEEE Regulations: SI2006/3289 Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 as modified by any subsequent legislation.

FUTURE WEEE
Direct Wholesale Marketing sells it products either retaining the producer’s obligations under the WEEE Regulations or with customer taking on those responsibilities. In either case the customer must clearly state which is of these options he they requires and this must be documented.
The customer must agree to disclose this agreement to any subsequent purchaser(s) of this equipment, as required by the regulations.

HISTORIC WEEE
The purchaser agrees to absolve Direct Wholesale Marketing from it obligations under the uk WEEE Regulations which require Direct Wholesale Marketing to be responsible for financing the collection treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of any product supplied before the 31st August 2005, where similar new product is being purchased.
Direct Wholesale Marketing will undertake the collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of any product supplied before 13th August 2005 (or outside the scope of the WEEE regulations) subject to payment of its current disposal fees.
